This is quiet courage — not loud wins, but grace that kept walking through grief. Your words remind us that…

My Billboard

If you had a freeway billboard, what would it say?

If I Had a Billboard, It Would Say: Sleep More

Imagine driving down a busy highway, surrounded by billboards advertising fast food, new gadgets, or the latest streaming show. Then you spot one that simply says, “Sleep More.” Would you take a moment to think about it?

For me, the message is personal and profound. Resting well has become one of the most important skills I’ve cultivated. In a world that glorifies hustle and endless productivity, I’ve come to realize that sleep is not a luxury but a necessity—one that deserves as much attention as work, exercise, or any other pillar of health.

The Power of Rest

Rest isn’t just about shutting your eyes for a few hours; it’s about recharging your mind, body, and spirit. Personally, I’ve found that prioritizing quality sleep boosts my creativity, sharpens my focus, and even enhances my basketball game, my favorite form of exercise. It’s the secret weapon that keeps me performing at my best, whether I’m writing, working, or simply living.

Science backs this up. Research shows that sleep improves memory, helps and help regulate emotions.

Until next time..
