This is quiet courage — not loud wins, but grace that kept walking through grief. Your words remind us that…

Dream chocolate

Describe your dream chocolate bar.

If I could design my own chocolate bar — my ultimate favorite — it wouldn’t be the kind that melts into syrupy sweetness or lingers with a heavy, bitter aftertaste.  My ideal chocolate bar would be a reflection of me: balanced, surprising, and a little hard to define at first bite.

It wouldn’t be too dark — because life already has its fair share of intense moments. I’d dial back that overpowering richness, just like I try to manage the heaviness of certain days with good rest, laughter, and maybe a game of 2K to shake it off. But I also wouldn’t go full sweet either. That sugar rush might feel good for a second, but I know it fades fast. I’d want something more grounded.

Now here’s the twist — a little spice.

Not enough to make you sweat, but just enough to taste it,like cinnamon. Like those bold decisions I make when I step outside my comfort zone — like  unplugging when my body and mind aren’t in sync.

So yeah, my favorite chocolate bar wouldn’t be found in every corner store. It’d be rare. Maybe something with cinnamon , a pinch of sea salt, and cocoa that understands life isn’t one flavor.

It’d taste like curiosity, patience, memory, and a little fire.

Just like me.

Until next time.
