This is quiet courage — not loud wins, but grace that kept walking through grief. Your words remind us that…

3 things I need most in life

What are the most important things needed to live a good life?

The Three Essentials: Food, a Clear Mind, and Some Money

When life starts to feel like a whirlwind, it’s often the simplest things that hold it all together. I’ve come to believe that the most important elements for living life—really living it—boil down to three essentials: food, a clear space of mind, and some money. Without these, things start to feel out of rhythm. But with them? Life begins to hum.

Food – The First Anchor

Let’s be real. Hunger is one of the fastest ways to lose your balance. Food isn’t just a basic necessity—it’s a grounding force. A good meal has the power to reset your mood, give your body fuel, and bring you back to the present moment. For me, it’s not about luxury meals or gourmet experiments—just something warm, filling, and honest. Food reminds us to pause, to nourish, and to connect, even if it’s just with ourselves at the table.

A Clear Space of Mind – The Real Wealth

Life gets noisy. Between digital chatter, emotional baggage, and everyday responsibilities, it’s easy to carry too much. That’s why a clear space of mind is everything. When my thoughts are sometimes scattered, I don’t feel like I’m really here. But when I declutter mentally—whether it’s through writing, walking, or just silence—I feel like I can breathe again. Clarity is underrated. It’s the filter that helps us see what truly matters, make decisions from a grounded place, and not drown in things we can’t control.

Some Money – Not Rich, But Covered

Let’s not pretend money isn’t important. It is—but not in the “I need millions” way. I’ve realized that what matters most is having Enough.
