This is quiet courage — not loud wins, but grace that kept walking through grief. Your words remind us that…

how I waste the Most time?

How do you waste the most time every day?

I Don’t Waste Time — But Food Takes the Most of It

These days, I can honestly say I don’t waste my time. Every hour has a place, every task has a purpose, and my days feel more intentional than they ever have.

But if I had to point to one thing that quietly claims the largest share of my hours, it would be food.

Food isn’t a waste — far from it. It’s an experience, a pause, a comfort. Cooking can be creative, and a good meal can feel like a reward for a day well-lived. But preparing food, thinking about what to eat, making grocery lists, shopping, chopping, cooking, cleaning up — it all adds up.

Without noticing, a simple breakfast, lunch or  dinner can shape the flow of an entire day. One unplanned grocery run here, a sudden craving there — and suddenly there goes another hour.

I wouldn’t trade the time spent on food entirely. It’s part of my rhythm. It grounds me, connects me to routine, and sometimes sparks ideas while I stir a pot or peel an onion.

If anything, it reminds me that time spent well doesn’t always look productive in the usual sense. Sometimes it smells like spices, tastes like a favorite meal, and feels like a break worth savoring.

So no, I don’t waste my time. But food? That’s where I spend it most.

so Until next time .
