A take at a time and you remind me of grace something I barely think of .I will be there…

This is quiet courage — not loud wins, but grace that kept walking through grief. Your words remind us that…

a note on Whole and my piece of surgery.

Have you ever had surgery? What for?

A Note on Healing and Being Whole

Surgery is something I never  take lightly. The closest I’ve come is having a tooth removed—and even that felt like enough of a disruption to remind me of  how delicate the body can be.

I know for some, just the thought of a medical procedure can bring back memories they’d rather not revisit. So this isn’t about that. This is about right now.

If you’re in a season of recovery—physically or emotionally—I know you will  feel better. If you’re not, maybe today is the perfect moment to quietly appreciate the parts of you that are whole, the moments when your body just works without asking anything extra of you.

something I consider now

– what part of my body can  I  appreciate more  today—and why? –

No pressure, but if  this made you reflect, stay around.

Until  next time.
