When I recharge —

Most people sleep at a certain hour— to take power back from the noise of the day or night. It’s part of how life aligns daily.
Usually it’s midnight.
For me, the moment I decide to sleep is the moment my body is ready for a break ; for the next moment , the next day.
My sleep time and shape.
—it’s about rhythm. It’s about who you are becoming by how you choose to end each day.
When I sleep,
I lay down like someone who has led the day with intention—
And when I rise, usually by Sunrise depending on the day. I’m not recovering—I’m ready.
