I’ve always thought cats and dogs are like two sides of a good life—cats remind me to  stay curious, and enjoy the sunlight pouring through the window. Dogs, on the other hand, make life feel like an adventure waiting to happen.

Cats are great—independent, clean, comforting in the quiet. But if I had to lean toward one, I’d choose the dog. Why? Because dogs have and bring the energy  of life of the outdoors, trails, fresh air, campfires.

Dogs don’t just sit with you—they go with you. They’re are  for movement and moments, the kind that turn a regular afternoon into a story.

Still, whether purring on a window ledge or bounding through the woods, both animals remind me of life .
