random act of kindness
A Simple Act

Kindness doesn’t need a spotlight. It doesn’t need to be loud, expensive, or complicated. A simple act of kindness is just that—something small, thoughtful, and done from the heart. It can be as light as a smile or as steady as listening to someone when they speak.
One time, while running errands , I met a stranger who seemed weighed down by the day. I gave them some change—not a lot, but enough to show I cared. Then I did something even more valuable: I sat with them. We talked. Or rather, I listened. No rush, no advice. Just there with them.
It wasn’t planned. But somehow, it made a difference—not just in their day, but in mine too.
And sometimes, it just takes one small act to change the whole directory of someone’s day.
A simple reflection.
Until next time.
