tracks in the Desert.

the News , an entirely uninteresting Story and a Connection.

Sometimes it takes a small stretch of imagination―or even a long stretch of track―to remind me of what we’ve nearly forgotten. Adidas building a 200 m running track that disappears into the wild heart of a desert isn’t just about sport; it’s a quiet nudge toward nature. It is a “minimalistic” effort, yet a grand statement: move forward and let your surroundings move you back into connection.

In the same spirit, think of those magnificent underwater hotels where guests swap city skylines for reefs and sea creatures floating by their windows. They exist simply to make me remember a truth : nature is not separate from us―it’s something we live inside of.

Maybe connection is not found in the loudest inventions, but in the gentle reminders we choose to follow—like reading a headline, taking a slow breath, or stepping toward wherever the earth still speaks the loudest.

Until next time.
