This is quiet courage — not loud wins, but grace that kept walking through grief. Your words remind us that…

how I goal plan

How do you plan your goals?

Planning With My 10-Year-Old Self and My 100-Year-Old Self

These days, I plan my goals by checking in with two versions of myself — the 10-year-old me and the 100-year-old me. The younger me reminds me to stay curious, playful, and excited about the little things. The older me reminds me to keep life simple, not to chase everything, and to choose what truly matters.

Instead of piling on big, ambitious plans, I focus on one small thing I can appreciate each day — a thought, an effort, or a moment that quietly moves me forward. Progress doesn’t have to roar; sometimes it just hums in the background as you live well.

I ask myself: What’s one thing I can do today that both versions of me would smile at?

Until next time.
