What positive emotion do you feel most often?

Appreciation
If I had to name one positive feeling that visits me the most, it’s appreciation. Not the big, dramatic kind—just the kind that slips into ordinary moments. A good meal. A kind word. Even a breeze that shows up at the perfect time.
It’s funny how appreciation works. It doesn’t require anything extra. It just asks you to notice what’s already there. And when I do, it’s like my day instantly feels richer—before I chase or add anything.

I’ve also realized: appreciation doesn’t just make things bigger; it makes me bigger. The more I notice the small good things, the more space I seem to have inside for more.

Until next time.
