What TV shows did you watch as a kid?
Growing Up with Captain Planet and Power Rangers
When I was a kid, two shows had me racing to the TV: Captain Planet and Power Rangers.
With Captain Planet, I loved how each episode showed a group of kids using their powers to protect the world. It made me think about taking care of the environment—even if I didn’t fully get what “pollution” meant back then, I knew it was bad news.

Then came Power Rangers—bright suits, crazy villains, and giant Zords. I’d sit there imagining which Ranger I’d be, practicing the morphing moves in the living room like I was about to save the day.

Both shows had the same message in their own way: teamwork matters, and even regular kids can make a big difference. Looking back, I think that’s why they stuck with me.
Until next time .
