What’s your favorite word?
My Favorite Word Is “Idea”
If you’ve followed my writing for a while, you already know how much I love the word “idea.” It’s simple, but it feels alive. Every time I say it or write it down, I feel as if a small spark is happening—something new might come into being. For me, an idea is never just a thought; it’s a door. It opens up to possibilities I haven’t walked through yet.
sometimes I ask, “What’s my favorite word?” Without hesitation, I say “idea.” It’s the heartbeat of everything I do—writing, cooking, working on projects, or just daydreaming about the future.
But recently, I’ve been curious: is there a word that could carry the same energy yet sound a little different? One unique alternative I’ve come across is “concept.” It has a softer ring to it, but it still carries the sense of a spark , a seed of something bigger which feels a little more solid, like an idea ready to be built.
Whether I call it an idea or a concept, the truth is the same: I love beginnings—the starting point of something new.

If you enjoy exploring fresh thoughts and new ways to look at things, stick around for ideas—concepts—whatever word I end up giving them.
Until next time.
