Do you see yourself as a leader?
How I See Myself as a Leader
When I think about leadership, I don’t picture a loud voice in front of a crowd. I picture steady hands, consistent action, and a heart that stays open. To me, being a leader is less about titles and more about influence — the kind that comes from showing up every day with integrity.
I see myself as a leader because I value guidance over control. I listen before I speak, and I try to create space where people feel heard and understood. Whether it’s through my writing, sharing insights on oils, or simply helping someone navigate a tough moment, I want my presence to give clarity and encouragement.
Leadership also means modeling what I believe. I write daily because I believe consistency fuels growth. I explore new ideas because curiosity keeps us fresh. I rest . These small choices send a bigger message.

If you’re reading this, I hope it nudges you to see your own leadership qualities — even if they don’t look “traditional.” Leadership starts from within, with the way you handle your own life first.
Until next time.
