This is quiet courage — not loud wins, but grace that kept walking through grief. Your words remind us that…

hard Positive

What positive events have taken place in your life over the past year?

A Positive Event Inside a Difficult Year

This year was not easy. I experienced a natural loss of my Dad that changed how I move, think, and feel. For a while, everything felt heavier than normal.

But something positive still grew inside it.

Not because the loss disappeared—but because I started focusing on small steps over time. Showing up. Writing. Resting. Choosing to move forward even when I didn’t feel strong. None of these moments felt powerful alone, but together they created growth.

This year taught me that progress does not always look like success. Sometimes it looks like consistency during grief. Sometimes it looks like staying steady when life feels unstable.

The positive event of this year was not one big moment.
It was the accumulation of small choices.

And those choices changed me.

Your words remind us that healing is built one breath, one choice at a time.
I’d truly value your presence and reflections on my blog as well — voices like yours matter.
