Simplifying and Bulking Now
Lately I have been thinking about how much clearer life feels when I simplify things. Not everything needs to be trimmed down forever, but right now I notice that clearing space helps me focus better. It could be a physical space, a mental space, or even my daily routine. When things pile up, I feel crowded. When I remove a few small things, I suddenly feel better.

At the same time, there are areas where I want to bulk up—not with clutter, but with intention. I want to bulk up my patience, my rest, my steady actions, and my confidence. These are the things that make me stronger inside. Clearing space makes room for them.
So for now, simplifying and bulking are my simple thought of the moment. Let go of what has been taking too much space. Add more to what lifts me up. It doesn’t have to be a big project. One small clearing, one small strengthening, and life feels a little easier to walk through.
