This is quiet courage — not loud wins, but grace that kept walking through grief. Your words remind us that…

Candy now

These days, I don’t eat a lot of candy. It’s not a rule I set for myself; it just happened naturally over time. My taste has shifted, and I don’t reach for sweets the way I used to.

But if I do decide to have candy, there is one that always stands out: Twizzlers. It’s familiar, simple, and does not feel overwhelming. I don’t need a handful—just a few pulls are enough to enjoy the moment.

I like that it’s not about excess anymore. It’s about choosing something intentionally, enjoying it, and moving on. Less candy, but a clear favorite when I do indulge.

Until next time.
