After my book Past Pause: I Wonder
If there were ever a biography written about me, the title would be simple: Wonder.
Because my life has not been a straight line. It has had pauses. Moments of loss. Moments of silence. Moments where time felt like it stopped and asked me to grow up faster than I expected.
The “past pause” is not about regret. It is about reflection. It is about standing still long enough to ask deeper questions. Who am I becoming? What matters now? What will last?
After every pause, I find myself wondering instead of worrying. Wondering what I can build next. Wondering how to improve my craft. Wondering how to turn pain into perspective and discipline into freedom.
I do not see pauses as endings anymore. I see them as chapters closing so a clearer one can begin.
If someone reads my story one day, I hope they see a pattern: pause, reflect, wonder, act. Not dramatic noise. Just steady growth.

When life pauses you, do you panic — or do you begin to wonder?
Until next time.
