My favorite pair of shoes right now is my black Timberland boots. I have had them for almost two years now, and this is my second winter wearing them. That alone says something about their durability.

What I appreciate most is the balance between function and style. The black color makes them easy to match with almost anything. In the winter and rainy seasons, they handle wet ground well and keep my feet comfortable. In the summer, surprisingly, they still work. The color is neutral, the design is clean, and they do not look out of place.
There is something about having one reliable pair of shoes that removes decision fatigue. I know they will hold up. I know they look good. I know they are practical.
Two years in, second winter, still solid. That is value I get.
Till next time.
