This is quiet courage — not loud wins, but grace that kept walking through grief. Your words remind us that…

spree way

When I think about budgeting, I keep it simple: live on less than I make and be intentional about where the money goes. Budgeting for me is not about restriction; it is about direction. Every dollar should have a place before it is spent. Some goes to daily living, some to saving, and some to investing in things that help me grow.

Because of that mindset, even something like a shopping spree would still fall within a plan. If I ever decided to go on one, it would already be accounted for in my budget. The point would not be to spend carelessly, but to enjoy spending that was already prepared for.

If I were to do that, the place would likely be King of Prussia Mall. It is one of the largest connected mall complexes in the world, with hundreds of stores spread across multiple sections that feel almost like separate malls joined together. Walking through it feels like exploring a small city built around shopping.

But even in a place like that, the principle would stay the same. I would walk in with a number in mind and stay within it. Budgeting does not disappear just because the mall is big. In fact, a big mall makes discipline even more important.

That is how I see money now. Planning first, spending second. Enjoyment is still part of the picture, but it sits inside the structure of a clear budget.

Until next time .
