Some things in life don’t just pass time — they erase the clock completely. For me either playing a game like basketball inside and outside ; or writing.
It’s a beautiful thing, really. To be so immersed in something that the usual tick of the minutes fades into a gentle hush.
a simple idea — losing track of time without losing time altogether.

In addition to timers ,it sounds poetic but nature does give us reminders like a Sunset we can follow besides looking at our phones.
I still sit with a sentence for far too long — and remember not to lose touch.
