Why I Like the Video Form of Games

I enjoy all forms of games, from cards  to boards like checkers and scrabble ; however I like the video form of games because it’s interactive in this time. Unlike a movie or book where I just observe, a game invites me in. I make choices like in my nba2k game , move through challenges, and experience the story from within. It’s not just about watching—it’s about participating.

And maybe that’s the deeper reason I enjoy it: interaction is a form of learning, not just entertainment. Games give my mind a chance to stay sharp . I think we’re wired to engage. The more we press play—on ideas the more alive we feel.
