How would you describe yourself to someone who can’t see you?
If you could not see me.
Remember a friend’s foot step or the smell of your favorite place.
I am a reminder that the one small thing that you did was great—like remembering a good thought, taking a deep breath, or noticing something simple around you.
I am connecting to what is really meaningful in the middle of everything else.
Until next time.
