What was the hardest personal goal you’ve set for yourself?
The Hardest Goal I Set for Myself — Consistency
Out of all the goals I’ve set in life, being consistent has been the hardest. It’s not about talent or motivation—it’s about showing up when the mood is gone, the energy is low, and no one’s watching.

Consistency demands patience, honesty, and repetition. It asks, “Will you still do it today, even if yesterday didn’t go as planned?” And most days, that’s where the battle really is.
I’ve learned that consistency isn’t about perfection. It’s about rhythm. Missing a day starting again—that’s what makes me grow.
If there’s one goal that transforms everything else, it’s this one. Because once consistency becomes a habit, success doesn’t just show up—it stays.
Until next time.
