What’s something most people don’t know about you?
It always surprises people who interact with me or watch my videos meet me in person and realize I’m 5’3″. Online, I guess I come across taller — maybe it’s the confidence in my tone, the way I express myself, or the calm energy I carry. But in person, there’s always that small pause before they say, “Wait, I didn’t know you were this short!”

I laugh every time because it’s true — most people really don’t know. I remember the first time it hit me clearly. That moment taught me something important: people feel your energy before they see your height.
Being 5’3″ has taught me how to stand tall without needing to be tall. There’s a certain kind of strength that comes from that — one that’s efficient, and built from awareness instead of size. I’ve learned to move smart ,not just hard. To lift with balance, not ego. And to speak with clarity, not volume.
Here’s one unique fact I’ve realized as a small, strong man: true strength is leverage — not just in the body, but in life. The smaller you are, the more you learn how to use angles, timing, and patience to your advantage. You don’t rely on mass; you rely on mastery.
So yeah, I’m 5’3″. But my energy stands taller than that. I’ve learned that presence is what really fills your room — not your height.
Until next time.
