3 ways  I Improve My Sleep

Getting good sleep has become an important part of my routine. I have found that a few simple habits make a big difference.

The first thing I do is keep as much light out of my room as possible. A dark room helps my body recognize that it is time to rest, making it easier to fall asleep.


I also stay away from my phone before bed. The temptation to keep scrolling can delay sleep, so putting my phone aside gives my mind a chance to slow down naturally.

Finally, I keep my mind clear by focusing on the present moment. Instead of thinking about tomorrow or replaying the events of the day, I bring my attention back to where I am right now. That simple habit helps me relax and drift off more peacefully.

These practices are simple, but they have helped me sleep better. Good sleep is one of the best investments I can make for my health, energy, and overall well-being.
