Which book have you read more than any other?
The Book I Have Read More Than Any Other
If there is one book I have gone through more than any other, it is The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle.

I didn’t read it in the traditional way. I listened to the audiobook while driving. Since it is about six hours long, I was able to listen to it multiple times over the years. Those drives became some of the best learning moments I have ever had.

The biggest lesson I took from the book was how I relate to my thoughts. Before, I often believed every thought that entered my mind deserved my attention. The book showed me that thoughts come and go, and I don’t have to follow every one of them. I can simply notice them and return my attention to the present moment.

That one idea changed a lot for me. It helped me become calmer, less reactive, and more focused on what is happening right now instead of worrying about the past or the future.
Sometimes people ask what book has had the greatest impact on my life. For me, the answer is easy. The Power of Now didn’t just give me information—it changed the way I experience each day. That is why I have listened to it more than any other book, and I still find something valuable every time I return to it.
Until next time.
