How do you deal with uncertainty?
Dealing With Uncertainty by Taking Small Steps
Uncertainty is one of those things in life that I have learned I cannot completely eliminate. There will always be situations where I do not know exactly what will happen next. Instead of trying to predict everything, I deal with uncertainty by staying grounded in what I am familiar with.

I start by doing what I know. Familiar routines give me something solid to hold onto when other things feel unclear. From there, I do my best to prepare. Preparation does not guarantee a certain outcome, but it gives me confidence that I have done what I can.
I also believe in taking small steps. Sometimes uncertainty feels overwhelming because I am looking too far ahead. When I focus on the next thing I can actually do, the situation becomes easier to handle. One small step can lead to another, and eventually I may realize that some of the uncertainty has already disappeared.
For me, the goal is not to have no uncertainty at all. It is to reduce it to a level I can live with. By staying with what I know, preparing as much as possible, and taking things one step at a time, I can keep moving forward without needing to know exactly how everything will turn out.
Sometimes, that is enough: do what you know, prepare for what you can, and let the next step reveal itself.
Until next time
