This is quiet courage — not loud wins, but grace that kept walking through grief. Your words remind us that…

Walk or run

How often do you walk or run?

Walking My Way Through the Week

Three times a week, I make it a point to walk for at least an hour. At an average pace, that’s about 3 miles (≈ 4.8 km) each time — roughly 9 miles (≈ 14.5 km) a week. Sometimes it’s a trip to the library, other times it’s running an errand, and often it’s just exploring somewhere new.

One simple way I keep it interesting is by picking a small “theme” for each walk — maybe I’m looking for a new basketball court, the quietest route to the library, or a new café to try. It turns exercise into a mini-adventure and makes each walk something to look forward to.

I will run once a while or I prefer when I get a chance to play basketball every now and then.
Stay active and inspired, theme “move” this week.Stick around.

Until next time.
