Walking, Resting, and Simple Boosts
One of my favorite ways to keep exercise simple is by walking. A good walk helps me clear my head, get my heart rate up, and still feel relaxed. After walking, I make sure to rest well—this is when my body actually recovers and grows stronger.

Sometimes, I’ll add a small push to my routine: like doing 20 push-ups for quick strength training or grabbing a fresh fruit for an instant burst of energy. It’s a no-fuss way to keep moving and stay fueled.
