Beautifully written . I let the uncertainty come and handled them as my way.

screen time now

What app eats up most of your screen time — and do you even feel bad about it?

What Takes Up Most of My Screen Time

I checked my screen time today,  80% of it was already spent on Jetpack. It is the app I use to manage my WordPress blog, and it has become one of the most important tools in my daily life.

Writing is a major part of my life, so most of my time on my phone is spent drafting posts, editing ideas, checking comments, or publishing new content. Jetpack keeps everything connected, making it easy for me to stay consistent with my writing without needing to sit at a computer.

The remaining 20% of my screen time is usually split between YouTube and Facebook. YouTube is where I learn new things, discover interesting ideas, and occasionally unwind with videos that inspire me. Facebook helps me stay connected with people.

I have realized that screen time is not just about the number of hours we spend on our devices—it is about how we use those hours. For me, most of that time is invested in creating something meaningful rather than simply consuming content. That makes a big difference.

Technology can either distract us or help us build something valuable. I am grateful that, for the most part, my screen time supports my passion for writing.

Until next time.
