Good, You Have Grown in Your Own Way

If my future self could send me one sentence, I think it would simply say, “Good, you have grown in your own way.”

Sometimes growth is difficult to recognize while you are living through it. You may not notice the small changes in your thinking, your patience, your confidence, or the way you handle life. But over time, those small changes add up.

I don’t think growth has to look a certain way. Everyone has their own pace, challenges, and direction. What matters is that I continue learning from my experiences and becoming more comfortable with who I am.

So if my future self looked back at me today, I would just want to hear that I kept moving forward.

“Good, you have grown in your own way.”

And honestly, that would be enough.
