Focus on What Matters
The best advice I would give someone younger than me is to focus on the few things that truly matter. There will always be distractions, opinions, and things competing for your attention.
You don’t have to do everything or please everyone. Figure out what is important to you and put your energy there. Focusing on a few meaningful things can take you much further than spreading yourself too thin.
Focus less on everything and more on what matters.
